Cancellation policy
- Cancellations made more than 30 days before the tour start date are eligible for a refund, less administrative charges and non-refundable hotel or transportation fees.
- Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival are subject to 100% cancellation charges.
- Rescheduling may be considered in cases of medical emergencies, travel restrictions or unforeseen circumstances.
- All rescheduling arrangements are subject to availability and applicable additional charges.
- Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended.
Terms and conditions
Booking & Payment
A 25% advance deposit is required to confirm your reservation and secure hotel and transportation arrangements.
The remaining 75% must be paid on arrival before commencement of the tour.
For bookings made within 15 days of arrival, a 50% advance payment is required at confirmation.
Payments can be made through bank transfer or authorized payment gateways.
Hotels & Availability
All hotels are subject to availability. Equivalent alternative accommodation may be arranged when necessary.
Tour Amendments
Changes to travel dates, accommodation or itinerary arrangements must be requested at least 15 days before arrival and are subject to availability and additional charges.
Entrance Fees & Optional Activities
Attraction entrance fees, safari charges, scenic train tickets and optional excursions are excluded unless specifically mentioned in the package.
Travel Documents
Guests are responsible for ensuring their passports, visas and other necessary travel documents are valid. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
Unforeseen Circumstances
The itinerary may be adjusted due to weather, road conditions, safety concerns or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
