- Cancellations made more than 30 days before the tour start date are eligible for a refund, less administrative charges and non-refundable hotel or transportation costs.
- Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival are subject to 100% cancellation charges.
- Rescheduling may be considered for medical emergencies, travel restrictions or unforeseen circumstances.
- Rescheduling is subject to availability and applicable additional charges.

Terms and conditions
Booking & Payment
A 25% advance deposit is required at the time of confirmation to secure your hotels and private transportation.
The remaining 75% must be paid on arrival before commencement of the tour.
For bookings made within 15 days of arrival, a 50% advance payment is required at confirmation.
Hotels & Availability
Hotels are subject to availability, and equivalent alternative accommodation may be arranged where necessary.
Tour Amendments
Changes to travel dates, hotels or itinerary arrangements must be requested at least 15 days before arrival and are subject to availability and any additional charges.
Entrance Fees & Optional Activities
Attraction entrance tickets, safaris, water sports and optional excursions are not included unless specifically mentioned in the package.
Travel Documents
Guests are responsible for holding valid passports, visas and other necessary travel documents. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
Unforeseen Circumstances
The itinerary may be adjusted due to adverse weather, safety requirements, road conditions or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
