- A valid passport and appropriate Sri Lanka entry authorization are required. - Guests must provide confirmed flight details for airport pickup and departure arrangements. - Advance booking is recommended to secure preferred hotels and services. - Comfortable walking ability is recommended for Sigiriya, temples and nature excursions. - Guests should advise us of any medical conditions, mobility limitations, dietary requirements or special assistance needs before booking. - Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult. - Train journeys, safari activities and optional excursions are subject to availability, weather conditions and local operating arrangements. - A booking deposit is required to confirm the reservation.

- Cancellations made more than 30 days before the tour start date are eligible for a refund, less administrative charges and any non-refundable hotel or transportation costs. - Cancellations made within 30 days of the tour start date are subject to 100% cancellation charges. - In cases involving medical emergencies, travel restrictions or unexpected circumstances, Lagoon Destinations will assist with possible rescheduling arrangements wherever feasible. - All rescheduling requests are subject to availability and any applicable price differences. - Guests are strongly encouraged to purchase comprehensive travel insurance.

Booking and Payments A 25% advance deposit is required as soon as possible to confirm the reservation and secure the required hotels and private vehicle arrangements. An additional 25% is payable upon arrival, before commencement of the tour. The remaining 50% must be settled no later than the day before the final tour day. For reservations made within 15 days of arrival, a 50% advance payment is required at confirmation. Hotel Reservations All proposed hotels are subject to availability at the time of confirmation. Where necessary, alternative hotels of a comparable category may be arranged. Itinerary Changes Sightseeing arrangements may be adjusted based on weather, road conditions, local regulations, attraction operating hours or other operational requirements. Tour Amendments Requests to change travel dates, accommodation or itinerary arrangements must be submitted at least 15 days before arrival and are subject to availability. Additional costs may apply. Travel Documents Guests are responsible for ensuring their passports, visas and other required travel documents are valid. Additional Charges Entrance fees, optional excursions, safari activities and other services not expressly included in the tour package are payable separately. Unforeseen Circumstances Lagoon Destinations is not responsible for disruptions caused by natural disasters, political unrest, flight cancellations or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
