Booking & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation conditions apply according to the confirmed contracted rate and booking period. Unless different terms are stated in the applicable Travel09/Uga Ghiri contract, cancellations made 8–14 days before arrival may be subject to a 50% charge and cancellations made within 7 days of arrival may be subject to a 100% charge. No-shows may be charged 100% of the confirmed booking value. Group bookings and special travel periods may carry different cancellation conditions. The applicable cancellation policy will be confirmed before the reservation is finalized.

The 15% Early Bird discount applies to eligible bookings confirmed at least 3 months prior to the arrival date. The discount is applied to the applicable contracted accommodation rate and is subject to villa availability at the time of booking. Bookings confirmed less than 3 months to arrival may qualify for the separate 15% Early Bird Offer. Villa category, meal plan, occupancy, minimum-stay requirements and other booking conditions remain subject to the applicable contracted rate. All reservations are subject to Uga Ghiri and Travel09 payment, amendment and cancellation conditions.
