3 adults: triple rate, including the third adult.
4 adults: triple rate plus the fourth-adult supplement.

Cancellation policy

For standard Uga bookings, cancellations made 8–14 days before arrival are charged 50% of the booked basis, while cancellations made 0–7 days before arrival are charged 100% of the booked basis. Bookings of 5 rooms or more are treated as group bookings and may have different cancellation terms

Children policy

Children of all ages are welcome. Guests aged 12 years and above are charged as adults. Under Uga’s general terms, children aged 0–5 years stay free of charge when sharing the parents’ room using existing bedding, while children aged 6–11 years are charged 25% of the double room rate when sharing with parents, excluding an extra bed

Payment policy

Reservations are confirmed once the required payment has been received and availability has been verified by Travel09. Depending on the selected contracted rate or offer, a deposit or full prepayment may be required. Any balance must be settled by the deadline stated in the Travel09 booking confirmation.

Extra-bed policy

For Uga Riva specifically, current property information states that extra beds are not available. A complimentary cot may be requested for children aged 0–3 years, subject to availability and the selected room type

Pet policy

Pets are not permitted at Uga Riva – Negombo.
