Cancellation policy

For stays from 1 May 2026 to 14 July 2026, 1 September 2026 to 19 December 2026, and 11 January 2027 to 30 April 2027: - Cancellation within 14 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total room nights booked will be charged. - Cancellation within 7 days prior to arrival: 100% of the total room nights booked will be charged. For stays from 15 July 2026 to 31 August 2026 and 20 December 2026 to 10 January 2027: - Cancellation within 60 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total room nights booked will be charged. - Cancellation within 30 days prior to arrival: 100% of the total room nights booked will be charged.

Children policy

Children below 12 years are considered children, while guests aged 12 years and above are treated as adults. Children aged 0–5 years stay free of charge when sharing their parents’ room using existing bedding, excluding an extra bed. Children aged 6–11 years are charged 25% of the double-room rate when sharing with parents, excluding an extra bed. Standard maximum occupancy is 2 adults + 2 children or 3 adults + 1 child, subject to suite restrictions.

Payment policy

Reservations are confirmed only after the required payment has been received and booking availability has been verified by Travel09. Depending on the selected rate or offer, full prepayment or a deposit may be required at the time of booking. Payments must be made using one of the payment methods provided by Travel09 during checkout or in the booking confirmation. Rates for this property are quoted in USD, unless otherwise stated. For non-refundable, Early Bird or promotional rates, full payment may be required at the time of confirmation and the amount paid may be non-refundable in accordance with the applicable offer conditions. Where a deposit is accepted, the remaining balance must be paid by the deadline stated in the booking confirmation. Failure to make payment by the required deadline may result in cancellation of the reservation. All payments, amendments, refunds and cancellations are subject to the Travel09 booking terms and the specific conditions of the confirmed hotel rate
