Cancellation policy

Cancellation and No-Show Policy – Sun Siyam Olhuveli Applicable Stay Period: 23 December 2026 to 10 January 2027 Cancellation received 30 days or less before the booked stay: 50% of the total room and meal package invoice will be charged. Cancellation received 15 days or less before the booked stay: 100% of the total room and meal package invoice will be charged. No-Shows and Early Departures: 100% of the total invoice value will be charged. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to Travel09 by Lagoon Destination Tours (Pvt) Ltd. Cancellation charges will be applied according to the resort's contracted terms and conditions. The resort's applicable time zone and cancellation deadlines will be considered when processing requests. For stays outside the above period, the cancellation policy applicable to the selected travel dates will be provided before booking confirmation.

Children policy

Children are welcome at Sun Siyam Olhuveli. Accommodation, meal charges and applicable supplements depend on the child's age, selected room category, meal plan and travel dates. Children sharing accommodation with parents or guardians are subject to the maximum occupancy permitted for the selected room category. Additional charges may apply for meals, extra beds, transfers and special festive periods. Guests must provide the exact ages of all children at the time of booking. Child rates, complimentary stays and available bedding arrangements will be confirmed according to the applicable resort contract and selected package.

Payment policy

All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by Travel09. Payment requirements, deposit amounts and final payment deadlines depend on the selected package, arrival date and applicable resort contract. Full payment may be required before arrival, particularly during peak seasons and special promotional periods. Bookings are confirmed only after the required payment has been received and the reservation has been confirmed by the resort. Payments may be made through the payment methods approved by Travel09, including bank transfer or secure online payment where available. Any applicable bank charges, exchange rate differences or payment processing fees will be communicated before payment. Cancellation charges and refunds are subject to the applicable booking conditions and resort cancellation policy.

Extra-bed policy

Extra beds and additional sleeping arrangements are subject to the selected room category, maximum permitted occupancy and resort availability. Additional adult and child supplements may apply according to the applicable accommodation and meal plan rates. Not all room categories can accommodate extra beds. Requests for additional bedding must be made at the time of booking and are subject to resort confirmation. Extra bed charges, if applicable, will be included in the final quotation or booking confirmation. Guests exceeding the maximum permitted occupancy may be required to book an additional room.

Pet policy

Pets are not permitted at Sun Siyam Olhuveli unless expressly approved by the resort in advance. Guests requiring an exception must contact Travel09 before making a reservation. Any approval is subject to the resort's current policies and applicable regulations.
