For standard bookings, cancellations made 8–14 days before arrival are charged 50% of the booked basis. Cancellations made 0–7 days before arrival are charged 100% of the booked basis. Bookings of 5 rooms or more are considered group bookings and may have separate cancellation conditions.
Children of all ages are welcome. Guests aged 12 years and above are considered adults. Children aged 0–5 years stay free of charge when sharing the parents’ room using existing bedding, excluding an extra bed. Children aged 6–11 years are charged 25% of the double room rate when sharing with parents. Standard occupancy may allow up to 2 adults + 2 children or 3 adults + 1 child, subject to the selected room category
Reservations are confirmed once the required payment has been received and availability has been verified by Travel09. Depending on the selected contracted rate or promotional offer, a deposit or full prepayment may be required.
