Cancellation policy

For standard Uga bookings, cancellations made 8–14 days before arrival are charged 50% of the booked basis. Cancellations made 0–7 days before arrival are charged 100% of the booked basis. Bookings of 5 rooms or more are considered group bookings and may have different cancellation conditions.

Children policy

Children of all ages are welcome. Guests aged 12 years and above are considered adults. Children aged 0–5 years stay free of charge when sharing the parents’ room using existing bedding, excluding an extra bed. Children aged 6–11 years are charged 25% of the double room rate when sharing with parents, excluding an extra bed. Standard maximum occupancy is 2 adults + 2 children or 3 adults + 1 child, subject to the selected villa category.

Payment policy

Reservations are confirmed once the required payment has been received and availability has been verified by Travel09. Depending on the selected contracted rate or offer, a deposit or full prepayment may be required. Any remaining balance must be paid by the deadline stated in the Travel09 booking confirmation. Promotional, Early Bird or non-refundable rates may require full prepayment and may carry stricter amendment or refund conditions. All payments, cancellations and refunds are subject to the conditions of the confirmed Travel09 rate.
