Cancellation policy
For stays from 23 December 2026 to 10 January 2027, cancellations received within 30 days before arrival will incur a charge of 50% of the total booked room and meal package. Cancellations received within 15 days before arrival will incur a charge of 100% of the total booked room and meal package.
No-shows and early departures will be charged at 100% of the total booking value.
Cancellation and no-show charges also apply if guests are unable to reach the resort because of cancelled, delayed or missed seaplane or domestic transfers caused by weather, aircraft availability, operational conditions or other circumstances outside the resort's control.
Guests are responsible for any additional accommodation or expenses resulting from transfer disruptions. Subject to availability, temporary accommodation may be arranged at Sun Siyam Olhuveli. Any alternative accommodation may differ from the originally booked room category and will normally be offered on a run-of-house basis with breakfast and dinner.
No-show charges for the originally booked resort remain applicable, and compensation will not normally be provided for circumstances outside the resort's control.
Children policy
Children are welcome at the resort. Maximum child occupancy varies by villa category and existing bedding configuration. Child meal, accommodation and transfer supplements may apply depending on the child’s age, selected meal plan and contracted rate. Infants and children must be included in the reservation at the time of booking. Applicable child rates and conditions will be confirmed with the booking
Payment policy
Full payment must be received no later than 14 days before arrival, unless a different payment deadline is stated in the booking confirmation.
Festive-season and special-period reservations may require earlier prepayment. The applicable payment deadline will be advised at the time of booking.
Reservations may be cancelled if payment is not received by the stated due date.
Extra-bed policy
Extra beds are available in selected villa categories and are subject to the maximum permitted occupancy of the booked accommodation. The number of extra beds allowed varies by villa type. Additional adult or child supplements may apply according to the selected rate plan and meal basis. Extra beds must be requested in advance and are subject to confirmation.
Pet policy
Pets are not allowed at Sun Siyam Vilu Reef.
