  • 2 adults: double rate.
  • 3 adults: triple rate, including the third adult.
  • 4 adults: triple rate plus the fourth-adult supplement.
  • 3 adults and 1 child: triple rate plus the applicable child charge.
  • 2 adults and 2 children: double rate plus the applicable charges for both children.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation conditions depend on the selected rate plan or special offer. For applicable resident offers, cancellations received at least 7 days before check-in are eligible for a full refund, less any applicable bank charges. No refund will be provided for a no-show without prior notice. Promotional, advance-purchase and other special rates may have different or stricter cancellation conditions; the applicable terms will be shown at the time of booking

Children policy

Children below 6 years stay free of charge when sharing their parents’ room and using existing bedding. Children aged 6–11 years are charged 50% of the applicable adult meal rate. A maximum of two children may share a room with their parents. Child supplements may vary depending on the booked meal plan, room type and promotional offer.

Payment policy

A minimum advance payment of 50% or full payment may be required to guarantee the reservation, depending on the selected rate or offer. Certain promotional and advance-purchase rates require full prepayment. Any outstanding balance and applicable charges must be settled according to the conditions stated in the booking confirmation.
