Pickup details
Guests may meet directly at the designated kayaking starting point at Koggala Lake. Hotel pickup and drop-off can be arranged on request from selected areas along Sri Lanka’s south coast, subject to availability and an additional transfer charge. Final pickup time and meeting-point details will be confirmed with the booking confirmation.
Cancellation terms
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the scheduled activity start time.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the activity start time or no-shows may be charged 100% of the booking value.
If the activity is cancelled by the operator due to unsafe weather or water conditions, guests will be offered an alternative date or a full refund for the activity.
Any approved refund will be processed according to the original payment method and applicable payment-provider terms.
