Cancellation terms

Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the scheduled workshop. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the workshop or no-shows may be charged 100% of the booking value. Customized workshops may have different cancellation conditions because materials and designs may be prepared specifically for the guest. Any supplier-approved cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances will be offered an alternative date or an applicable refund.

Pickup details

Guests should arrive directly at the batik workshop venue in Koggala. Hotel pickup and drop-off are not included in the standard workshop price. Private transfers may be arranged separately through Travel09 on request from Galle, Unawatuna, Koggala, Weligama and selected south-coast hotels, subject to availability and an additional charge. The exact meeting point and confirmed starting time will be provided after booking.
